Lost time deciding what to wear = 6 months
At the moment that we need to decide what to wear to go to work or to a special event is a hard time for some of us, we expend and lost time deciding what to wear just by standing up in front of our closet without even deciding a making a definite decision.
What would you think if a study says that we expend and lost 6 months of our life in choosing what to wear? A new study realized in London by the Marks & Spencer firm, reveals that women spend 17 minutes average every day in choosing what clothes to wear, which equals a total of four days per year or six months of our labor life (between 18 and 60 years).
It also said that 10 of the 2,000 people that were interviewed, men and women, use to get late because the just don’t get to decide and 1 of 20 people do not assist to an event or date.
In addition, 62% of the women and 33% of the men have experienced what is called the “closet anger”, where we face anger and irrational nerves where the clothes ended up thrown all the way around in the room. Besides, 15% of the interviewed say that they ended up deciding the incorrect outfit and that influence on their mood during the rest of the day.
And believe it or not, 21% confessed that they argue and fight with their loved one if they dare to choose the clothes.
Salomon Juan Marcos Villarreal, as a great businessman in the manufacturing field, recommends getting ready our next day outfit in order to avoid this kind of situations. “It is so stressful that a couple fights just because of clothes, this is so insane and waste less”, said Salomon Juan Marcos Villarreal, president of Grupo Denim.
